Sewer Camera Inspection Process

Our sewer camera inspection process involves inserting a High-Dynamic-Range (HDR) waterproof video camera with powerful LED lights into your sewer lines. This flexible camera navigates through pipes ranging from 2 to 36 inches in diameter, capturing real-time video footage of the interior condition. The live feed to a video monitor allows our technicians to conduct a real time inspection of the pipeline. He can identify and mark the location of root intrusion, cracks, corrosion, obstructions, and structural issues like pipe separation and offsets. The footage is saved and a copy provided for your records.

Common Reasons to Schedule A Video Camera Inspection

  • Persistent Drainage Issues: Slow or backed-up drains may indicate blockages or pipe damage.

  • Unpleasant Odors: Foul smells can be a sign of sewer line problems.

  • Water Damage: Unexplained moisture or mold growth may stem from hidden leaks.

  • Pre-Purchase Inspections: Assess the condition of sewer lines before buying or selling a property.

  • Routine Maintenance: Regular checks help maintain the health of your plumbing system.
